A company is looking for an Implementation Coordinator to support the onboarding and implementation of new client accounts in a remote call center environment. Key Responsibilities Support the Implementation Specialist with onboarding and implementation activities Assist in coordinating implementation timelines, deliverables, and follow-up items Help maintain implementation trackers and documentation in an accurate and timely manner Required Qualifications Associate degree in Communication, Business Administration, Education, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred 1-3 years of experience in administrative support, training coordination, or client support preferred Prior experience in healthcare, client service, or implementation support preferred Experience in a remote workforce or call center setting is a plus Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Outlook; basic to intermediate Excel preferred
