Recruiting Coordinator

The Recruiting Coordinator oversees the overall hiring process with the recruiting team. Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills are needed to manage a variety of functions related to the recruitment process.
If applicable: Education/Certification(s):
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience preferred
Preferred Experience:
3-5 years of experience in Human Resources or Recruiting
Recruiting duties include but are not limited to:
Utilization and management of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) within a HRIS system
Answer phone calls and communicate with applicants, including screening of applicants
Process open job requests
Ensure Candidates application and forms are completed
Contact Candidates to schedule interviews
Ability to source Candidates from different resources
Process applications and Background Checks
Send offer letters, schedule orientation, and send onboarding information to candidates
Conduct market analysis for each job opening to determine pay rates and relevant search terms for advertisements
Research local hiring insights to increase visibility of job postings
Coordinate and participate in hiring events
Work with other departments to develop and create recruiting posts for media advertisements
Monitor recruiting budget
Work strategically with the team to research and implement changes to ensure continuous improvement
Assist in the development of the recruiting personnel, coaching, mentoring and training employees
Assist in submitting reports, analytics to upper management
Presentations in a group setting
Assist with problem solving

Requirements:
Must be knowledgeable and familiar with all aspects of recruiting, including ATS and HRIS
Knowledge of job boards and social media to reach applicants
Must have high level of customer service knowledge
Must be organized, have time management skills and be able to work independently
Need to be adaptable and have different responsibilities given periodically
Excellent written and verbal communication along with exceptional interpersonal skills
Proficient in working with computers, learning new applications, and data entry
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality
Ability to manage workload and prioritize multiple projects
Ability to travel when needed
