Inventory Specialist
**Overview:** We are seeking an experienced Inventory Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining inventory levels across our production facilities. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. **Duties:** - Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels across all production facilities, including tracking stock levels and identifying inventory discrepancies. - Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. - Collaborate with production planning and supplier management teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste. - Utilize power BI and SQL to analyze inventory data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. - Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate better pricing, ensure timely delivery, and improve overall supply chain efficiency. - Manage the procurement process, including sourcing and purchasing materials and equipment. - Perform materials handling duties, including loading and unloading inventory, and operating a forklift. - Implement and maintain inventory management systems, including tracking inventory movement and identifying areas for improvement. - Analyze inventory analytics to identify trends and make recommendations to improve inventory management. - Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure compliance with inventory management policies and procedures. **Skills:** - Proven experience in inventory management, supply chain management, and production planning. - Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data using power BI and SQL. - Experience with materials handling and forklift operation. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory records. - Experience with procurement processes and supplier management. - Ability to analyze inventory analytics and make data-driven decisions. - Familiarity with inventory management systems and the ability to implement and maintain them effectively.
