PERFORMANCE MARKETING LEAD | CRYPTO EXCHANGE | GLOBAL REMOTEWe're hiring a Performance Marketing Lead for a high-growth global crypto exchange.You'll own a $10M+ annual media budget and be directly accountable for delivering substantial turnover growth across multiple international markets.Before applying, ask yourself:✅ Have you spent 3-4+ years personally buying media across Google, Meta, TikTok and DSPs?✅ Have you spent at least 2-3 years inside a crypto exchange (not an agency, wallet, SaaS company or affiliate business)?✅ Have you personally delivered more than $5M in incremental revenue, trading volume or FTD growth?✅ Can you prove your campaigns achieved payback in under 6 months?✅ Have you successfully launched and scaled paid acquisition in new countries or regions and can demonstrate the results?✅ Have you owned creative testing programmes with designers, video editors or creative teams and run structured testing every month?If you're answering "no" to any of the above, this role is probably not the right fit.What you'll own:• Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, DSPs and emerging acquisition channels• Global market expansion across multiple GEOs• Full funnel optimisation from click -registration - KYC - FTD - retention• Budget ownership exceeding $10M annually• Creative strategy, testing frameworks and performance feedback loops• Revenue, turnover and profitability reportingWhat we are NOT looking for:❌ Candidates whose primary KPI was CAC, CTR, CPC or ROAS alone❌ Performance marketers who optimised campaigns but weren't accountable for revenue growth❌ Single-channel specialists (Meta-only or Google-only)❌ Candidates who relied on agencies to do the work❌ Theoretical marketers who cannot demonstrate commercial impactWhat we're looking for:✔ Revenue operators✔ Growth leaders✔ Builders who have scaled exchanges into new markets✔ People who can clearly demonstrate profitable growth at scaleIf you've personally driven $5M+ growth, achieved sub-6-month payback periods and know how to scale crypto acquisition globally, we'd love to speak with you.Only candidates able to demonstrate these metrics will be considered.
