Travel Respiratory Therapist - NICU RT

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with adult critical care and ED experience for a day shift NICU position at a Level IV acute care hospital.Job Details• Work in the NICU unit of a 25-bed Level IV acute care hospital with 24-hour emergency care, full medical and surgical services, and an attached 71-bed skilled extended care facility,• Adult critical care, ED, and pediatric experience required; pediatric critical care, pulmonary function testing, and pulmonary rehab experience preferred,• Day shift, 3x12-hour schedule (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM),• Every other weekend required,• On-call may be required; details discussed during interview,• Potential to float to an attached LTC facility within scope of practice,• Charting via Cerner,• Block scheduling is not available,Job Requirements• Current RRT credential required,• Minimum 1 year of experience required,• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP,• State license required if applicable - pending licenses accepted (start date will be set 4 weeks out if license is pending),• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years,• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained,Additional Information• First-time travelers are welcome to apply,• Local candidates are accepted with no radius restriction,• RTO is limited to 1 request per contract, with a maximum of 1 week; no RTO permitted during the first 2 weeks of the assignment due to orientation,• All time-off and scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration,• Scrubs: any color; refer to facility dress code policy for full details,• Free parking is available on-site,
