We are seeking a motivatedResearch Associateto support analytical testing for lentiviral vector programs. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career scientist to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced biopharmaceutical environment. The role is highly lab-focused and requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Performrelease, characterization, and stability testingof lentiviral products
Execute laboratory assays including:
Western Blot
ELISA / AlphaLISA
PCR-based methods (qPCR/ddPCR)
Flow Cytometry
Cell-based viral titration and particle analysis
Analyze, interpret, and document experimental data
Prepareprotocols, reports, and presentations
Support development of innovative methods to assess productstrength, purity, safety, and identity
Collaborate with internal teams to support process development and discovery efforts
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree inBiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field
Minimum1+ year of relevant lab experience
Strong hands-on experience inmolecular and/or cell-based assays
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working withviral vectors or lentivirus
Hands-on experience withqPCR/ddPCR, ELISA, flow cytometry, or Western blot
Exposure toGLP and/or cGMP environments
Strong troubleshooting and experimental design xywuqvp skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Highly organized with attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
Work Environment
Fullyonsite role (5 days/week)in Philadelphia, PA
