The organization oversees seven operating subsidiaries across financial services and related sectors, providing scale and diversity while maintaining a lean, agile structure. As CFO, you will shape enterprise financial strategy while staying closely involved in execution—overseeing financial reporting, treasury, audit coordination, and regulatory compliance, and supporting mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures across the portfolio. Success in this role requires a confident communicator who collaborates effectively with a fully remote team, engages comfortably with the Board, and balances strategic leadership with a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset.
