The organization oversees seven operating subsidiaries across financial services and related sectors, providing scale and diversity while maintaining a lean, agile structure. As CFO, you will shape enterprise financial strategy while staying closely involved in execution—overseeing financial reporting, treasury, audit coordination, and regulatory compliance, and supporting mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures across the portfolio. Success in this role requires a confident communicator who collaborates effectively with a fully remote team, engages comfortably with the Board, and balances strategic leadership with a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset. This is a rare and exciting remote opportunity for a proven financial executive to serve as a true partner to the CEO and Board, influence enterprise-wide decision-making, and help guide the organization through its next phase of growth and transformation.Lead financial strategy and operations across the holding company and its subsidiariesTake charge of SEC reporting, US GAAP compliance, financial reporting, and treasury functionsManage external audits and coordinate closely with auditors and legal counselSupport and execute M&A and divestiture activity, including diligence and integration/separation effortsPartner with executive leadership and the Board on budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, and long-term planningEnsure strong internal controls, risk management, and regulatory complianceBuild, mentor, and manage a lean finance and accounting teamOperate effectively in a high-visibility role within a small, agile organizationQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA or CPA preferredExperience with SEC reporting and operating in a public-company environment required7+ years of senior financial leadership experience (CFO or equivalent) requiredStrong working knowledge of GAAP, audit coordination, and financial reporting requiredBackground in segment reporting and consolidation of operating results, including foreign
