Consultant should be willing to work in both support (weekdays and weekend support during PST hours) and development ecosystem involving production support shifts. *Key Responsibilities* * Incident management - troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis and execute resolution steps * Build a comprehensive KEDB for recurring and unique incidents and guide offshore team to build competency on incident management * Work on minor enhancements development stories. *Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.* * Work in an Agile environment and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives. *#NOBLE-IT* Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
