As an IndustrializedConstruction Engineer, you will serve as a critical link between our manufacturing operations and field executionensuring that every prefabricated component we produce is optimized for precision, scalability, and seamless installation.This role is ideal for a detail-driven engineer with a manufacturing mindsetespecially from aviation, precision assembly, or other industrial environmentswho wants to apply those standards to the built environment.What Youll DoBridge Design & BuildTranslate design intent into field-ready processes by coordinating across manufacturing, field, and project delivery teams.Optimize ProcessesDevelop, document, and continuously improve work instructions and standard operating procedures for modular construction workflows.Advance PrefabricationSupport engineering strategies for prefabricated systems (walls, MEP assemblies, etc.) and drive manufacturability throughout the design-build cycle.Support Production SystemsUse Procore, PowerBI, and cost/quantity tracking to monitor production health, install rates, and productivity metrics.Run the Field Feedback LoopPartner with install teams and superintendents to surface real-world constraints and implement upstream improvements.Drive Lean PrinciplesIdentify waste, propose countermeasures, and contribute to Creatures evolving modular playbook.What You BringBachelors degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Operations EngineeringSome exposure to a manufacturing or precision assembly environment (aviation preferred)Familiarity with CAD, Revit, Procore, or equivalent digital toolsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and shop documentationStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsComfort with iteration, feedback, and fast-moving systemsWho Thrives HereA systems thinker who sees connections between design, process, and buildSomeone who prefers solving upstream over firefighting downstreamA communicator who values clarity, accountability, and iterationAn engineer who wants to help build a platformnot just a projectWhy CreatureCreature is collapsing the traditional silos of architecture, engineering, and construction into a unified DesignManufactureConstruct platform.
