As we continue to expand, we seek a dynamic Operations Manager to lead our teams and uphold our mission of excellence.We're looking for an experienced Residential Plumbing Install Manager to lead and oversee our installation department. This role is perfect for a strong leader who knows residential plumbing inside and out, keeps jobs running smoothly, and knows how to motivate teams to deliver high-quality work on time.You'll be responsible for managing installers, coordinating projects, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction from start to finish.ResponsibilitiesManage and lead residential plumbing installation crewsEnsure installations meet local codes, safety standards, and company quality expectationsOversee job progress, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems in the fieldTrain, mentor, and evaluate installers and apprenticesWork closely with sales, dispatch, and service teamsMaintain inventory, tools, and equipment readinessHandle customer concerns professionally and promptlyEnforce safety policies and best practicesQualificationsStrong work ethic and willingness to learn.Either 3 years' experience in a plumbing management position OR 7+ years in the plumbing tradeAbility to follow instructions and work well with a team.Service Titan experience is a plus but not requiredPhysically able to lift and carry materials.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Pre-employment background checkPre-employment drug screenHave and maintain a clean driving record
