Test Engineer

A globally leading consumer device company headquartered in Cupertino, CA is looking for Operations Test Engineer to join their team. Responsibilities:— Work closely with contract manufacturers (CM) to manage development of test equipment bring ups— Establish and execute test requirements and process with CMs to a successful ramp— Define and establish machine buy-off requirements for MP readiness— Support CMs product build cycles with maintaining high test quality and efficiency— Data analysis to support test readiness and optimization Requirements:— Proficient in electronic and optical test equipment, ATE development and machine buy-off— Background in optics, photonics and laser is preferable— Experience with wafer level testing is preferable— Excellent understanding of product development statistics (GRR, SPC, CpK, Specs)— Excellent communication skill to present and share results clearly and effectively— Excellent data analysis skills and experience with statistical tools e.g., JMP, MATLAB, MiniTab— Minimum of a BS degree with 3+ years of industry experience in Electrical Engineering, Optical Science, Physics, or Industrial Engineering.
