Personal Injury Associate Attorney (Must Sit in Southern CA)

Location: Occasional on-site in Riverside County, CACore ResponsibilitiesTake and defend depositions in a multi-defendant negligence case on behalf of plaintiffs. Propound discovery to defendants and respond to defendants’ discovery requests; issue depositions subpoenas for third party witnesses; handle meet and confers (including law and motion) for all discovery disputes.Qualifications/SkillsAt least 5 years personal injury litigation experience in California Superior Court. Must have personal injury trial experience.
