Sr. R&D Program Manager

Overview In this role you will lead cross-functional teams to drive new medical device development and expansion projects within the Surgical Division. You’ll ensure design controls and product development processes are followed, manage scope, schedule, and cost, and report progress to senior leadership. You will coordinate DHF transfers, mentor other program managers, and support PMO initiatives to standardize practices. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to shape product outcomes and customer impact in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
