Role Summary Become a vital member of our Corfu, NY, 14036 operations team as a Packaging Associate. We are seeking motivated people to help us uphold our commitment to providing top-tier goods to our clientele. You will be instrumental in the final stages of production, handling items with accuracy to prepare them for delivery. If you thrive in high-energy settings and value quality, we invite you to apply. We offer 1st shift hours from 5am to 2:30pm and 2nd shift from 2pm to 12:30pm, Monday through Thursday, with occasional overtime requirements. Core Duties Prepare items for distribution by following established organizational guidelines. Verify product integrity and precision to ensure our customers receive only the best items. Apply accurate labeling and finalize all necessary paperwork for shipments. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by keeping your station tidy. Work alongside colleagues to ensure we hit our daily output targets. Support the team by managing stock levels and restocking materials. Notify management immediately regarding any machinery issues or potential hazards. Required Skills A high school diploma or its equivalent is preferred. Prior background in manufacturing or packaging roles is beneficial. Demonstrate a sharp eye for detail and the ability to execute specific tasks. Show the capacity to perform effectively within a rapid production cycle. Foster a positive atmosphere by communicating well with coworkers. Support physical operations by standing for long durations and lifting up to 50 pounds. Demonstrate a proactive attitude toward mastering new workflows and technical tools.
