Additional responsibilities include order distribution, shipment audits and ensuring that every order released is packed to completion. Safety, accuracy, and teamwork must be promoted within all levels of Retail. This person will provide operational support and collaborate with the Operations team for continuous improvement and consistency of processes. Hands on approach, interacting daily as part of the team. Actively supports the Company’s vision and goals. The Retail Associate is also responsible for the meeting daily and weekly Retail goals.Location: Memphis, TNWhat You’ll Be Doing:Fulfill all Retail orders within 48 hoursManage/update dedicated google sheets and slack channelsEnsure workflow is executed in accordance with SOP’s and job aidsCollaborate with management to relay team performance, and optimize procedures in accordance with company policiesMaintain consistent workflow by adhering to the order distribution processEnsure the organization and effectiveness of the order desk and printing areaMeet effective and accurate goals set by the management teamMaintain a safe, clean, and organized fulfillment centerResolve first-level operational issues and escalate them as necessary to the Fulfillment ManagerResponsible for various data entryMay be required to load/unload trucksPreferred Qualifications (Note: These are preferred and not required.
