Floor Manager

Floor Manager Mr & Mrs Crab is seeking an experienced and motivated Floor Manager to help lead our team and ensure excellent guest experiences every day. As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, supporting staff, maintaining service standards, and ensuring the restaurant runs efficiently during all shifts. We are looking for a leader who is organized, hands-on, and passionate about building a strong team culture. Responsibilities Supervise daily front-of-house operations and ensure smooth service Lead, train, and support hosts, servers, food runners, and other team members Monitor employee performance and provide coaching when needed Ensure excellent customer service and quickly resolve guest concerns Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the restaurant Assist with scheduling and shift management Monitor labor efficiency and support operational goals Communicate effectively with kitchen management and ownership Ensure company policies and procedures are followed Help recruit, onboard, and develop new employees Lead by example with professionalism, accountability, and a positive attitude Requirements Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities Reliable, organized, and self-motivated Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Experience with restaurant POS systems preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive team environment Flexible scheduling Employee meal discounts The opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding restaurant company At Mr & Mrs Crab, we believe great restaurants are built by great people.
