HR Business Partner
ResponsibilitiesAltec currently has an opening for a Human Resources Business Partner based in Birmingham, Alabama, supporting our Corporate and Subsidiary Business Units. Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Manager, this role partners closely with HR and business unit leaders to deliver both strategic HR solutions and hands-on, day-to-day HR support that enable business objectives. This position may have direct reports, with responsibilities including coaching, guidance, and development of HR team members as needed.Altec is an industry leader providing equipment to the electric utility, telecommunications, tree care, construction, and lights and signs markets. We help our customers dig deeper and reach higher.This role is ideal for an HR professional who can think strategically while also effectively executing core HR responsibilities, and whose interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills truly shine.Your RoleAs an HR Business Partner, you will provide comprehensive HR support to Corporate and Subsidiary Business Units.
