Job Title: Software Developer
Location: Rockford, IL

Job Description & Skill Requirement:
· Responsible for creating and managing system derived and decomposed requirements.
· Develop a Systems Engineering lifecycle plan
· Capture Stakeholder Expectations (customer requirements)
· Develop System level requirements and allocate them to architecture elements (system, hardware, software)
· Support the development of hardware & software requirements
· Support the development of interface control documents
· Support the development of verification test plans & procedures
· Generate and maintain a Verification Cross Reference Matrix
· Coordinate requirements changes, deviations & waivers
· Support the development and review of design documents
· Carry out Power system testing per Mil-Std-1275, Mil-Std 810, Mil-Std-704 requirements.
· Work collaboratively with engineering teams (systems, firmware, software, hardware, testing and mechanical engineering)
Qualification:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college
· A minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
