Marketing StrategistLocation: OnsiteCompany: Northeast IlluminatorsAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly driven, strategic, and hands-on Marketing Strategist to lead and execute marketing initiatives across our portfolio of companies. This role is responsible for building brand awareness, driving lead generation, and directly supporting revenue growth through integrated marketing efforts.This is not a passive or desk-only role. You will be actively involved in the field capturing real installations, working alongside the team, and translating that into high-performing marketing campaigns. You will own marketing execution from strategy through performance analysis.Travel for sites, events, and tradeshows is required.Key Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy & Campaign OwnershipOwn and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, website, and eventsDevelop campaign strategies that support product launches, seasonal promotions, and sales initiativesManage campaign timelines, execution, and performance tracking from start to finishAlign marketing efforts with business goals to drive measurable growthContent Creation & ProductionLead content strategy across all brands, ensuring consistency and qualityCapture and produce high-quality photo and video content including:Products and inventoryWarehouse operationsEvents and tradeshowsLighting installationsEdit and produce short-form video and visual content for digital platformsBuild and manage a structured content library for ongoing useDigital Marketing & Social Media Manage and grow all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)Plan and execute a consistent content calendar (3–5 posts per week)Identify trends and apply strategically to increase reach and engagementEngage with audience and build brand presence across platformsTrack performance and optimize content based on engagement insightsEmail Marketing & Lead NurturingPlan and execute email marketing campaigns including promotions, product launches, and eventsSegment and manage email lists for targeted outreachTrack performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and continuously optimize Support lead nurturing efforts tied to campaigns and eventsEvents & TradeshowsSupport planning and promotion of tradeshows and eventsAssist with booth strategy, messaging, and brandingCapture content during events for real-time and post-event marketingExecute post-event follow-up campaigns to convert leads into opportunitiesTravel and represent the company at key industry eventsSales Enablement & Brand SupportCreate marketing and sales materials including presentations, flyers, and promotional assetsSupport the sales team with content, campaigns, and visuals that drive conversionsEnsure brand consistency across all touchpoints and communicationsWebsite & SEO SupportManage and update website content including project galleries, blogs, and product updatesCollaborate with SEO and development partners to improve visibility and performanceSupport landing page creation and campaign integrationMarketing Tracking & ExecutionManage campaign setup and tracking within CRM and marketing platforms (Constant Contact, etc.)Maintain data accuracy and improve marketing workflows and reporting processesOwn campaign-level reporting across email, web, social, and eventsAnalyze performance data (Google Analytics, email, social platforms) and translate insights into actionable recommendationsContinuously optimize campaigns based on performance metricsAssist with special projects as neededCopywriting & MessagingDraft and refine marketing copy across all channels (email, website, social, campaigns)Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all platformsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field4–6+ years of marketing experienceExperience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, etc.)Experience with email marketing platforms (Constant Contact, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)Working knowledge of Google Analytics and social analytics toolsFamiliarity with CRM platforms is a plusBasic understanding of SEO and website content managementWhat We’re Looking For:Strategic thinker who can also execute at a high levelStrong visual eye and creative mindsetHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneouslySelf-motivated, proactive, and results-drivenStrong communication and collaboration skillsComfortable working both in-office and on a job siteWillingness to travel for job sites, events, and tradeshowsBenefits:Paid Time-OffHealth Insurance401K - with 4% Match Profit SharingPaid Holidays
