Solid organization skills and attention to detail required.ResponsibilitiesWelcoming and greeting guestsAssisting guests in determining their food and drink ordersMaintaining an accurate record of daily food and drink orders in the Point of SaleProcessing guest orders in a timely mannerInstructing kitchen staff on guest ordersEnsuring all orders are delivered on time and correctAccepting cash, gift card, and credit card paymentsCalculating the day’s income at the end of the shiftPacking food orders using the packaging standard operation proceduresStaying up to date on promotions, advertisements, and product informationAddressing and resolving guest queries on timeCleaning and arranging kitchen space whenever requiredKeeping the restaurant manager informed about any serious issuesStocking supplies, cleaning, and tidying in between guestsFollowing opening and closing proceduresAdditional duties requested by management
