Doctor of Medicine | Cardiology - General/Other Location: Richmond, VA Employer: Alumni Healthcare Staffing Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Contract Duration: 2 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Specialty Non-Invasive Cardiology State VA Location 5801 Bremo Rd , Richmond, VA Requirements JOB DETAILS Practice Setting: Inpatient/Call/Outpatient/Clinic Reason for Coverage: 2nd Physician support needed during recruitment Dates of Coverage: ASAP until Physician is onboarded Call Ratio: 1:6 Average Number of Clinic Patients Per Day: 10 Average Number of Inpatient Admissions Per Physician Per Day: 12-15 Number of Cardiologists Physician in Group: 1 Will Other Cardiologists be Present During our Locum's Coverage: Yes Will the Locum Physician be Required to Supervise Other Health Care Providers: Yes, 4 APCs Patient Age Demographic: Adult/Geriatric Documentation System/EMR: EPIC Workload to be distributed amongst our Medical Director and this position. They also have 4 APCs who work independently but still require physician oversight. This would not be part of the locum responsibility but if the applicant wishes to become permanent. They would share oversight with Dr. Smith. Procedures Required: Electrocardiograms (EKGs) Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 120 days If travel is approved, do you have any preferences or additional caps not outlined in the travel policy?
