Role Description We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer for a full-time, on-site role located in Dover, PA. This position entails designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable, robust solutions, optimize application performance, and ensure seamless functionality. The role includes coding, testing, and debugging, along with adhering to best practices and staying updated with the latest technologies. Qualifications Expertise in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, including creating and managing server-side logic, databases, and integrationsProficiency in Front-End Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to create responsive and visually appealing user interfacesExperience in Full-Stack Development to design, implement, and maintain full-stack web applicationsStrong problem-solving skills and a commitment to writing efficient, scalable, and maintainable codeExcellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in a team environmentBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)Experience with modern frameworks, libraries, and tools is a plusFamiliarity with software development best practices and agile methodologies
