Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including managing clerical duties, providing executive administrative support, handling phone calls, maintaining effective communication, and supporting the overall operations of the church office. The role is based in Lithia Springs, GA, with the flexibility to perform some tasks remotely as needed. Candidates should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently. Qualifications Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical SkillsStrong abilities in Phone Etiquette and effective interpersonal CommunicationExperience in Executive Administrative Assistance and supporting leadership staffExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environmentPrevious experience within a faith-based organization is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are advantageous
