Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience treating orthopedic and movement dysfunction patients in an outpatient or hospital setting preferred. Documentation experience including evaluations, progress notes, discharges, and insurance communications required. Ability to communicate with interdisciplinary teams, insurance companies, patients, and supervisors required. Willingness to assist with clinic upkeep tasks such as treatment room cleaning and laundry required. Prior experience with outpatient orthopedic caseloads is preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Hospital (outpatient orthopedic services). Shift Name: Days. Shift Pattern: 4x10. Shift Hours: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Role Focus: Outpatient orthopedic physical therapy, pain management, fall risk reduction, mobility and discharge planning.
