Join RCI and grow the future with us!AS A LANDSCAPE ENHANCEMENTS CREW MEMBERYou will schedule and direct personnel and resources towards providing quality, one-of-a-kind services to a diverse portfolio of clients. Work may involve reviewing contracts to ascertain service, machine, and workforce requirements; answering inquiries from potential customers regarding methods, material, and price ranges. You will also be responsible for preparing estimates according to labor, material, and machine costs.ENHANCEMENTS CREW MEMBER DUTIES INCLUDEFollowing all instructions given by the Enhancements Crew Leader, Supervisor, and/or Manager.Thoroughly understanding and complying with all company policy and safety standards.Desire to learn and perform all aspects of the role including but not limited to:Plant layoutChange-out and/or new installation of annuals and perennialsPruning and deadheading plantsInstallation of other outdoor features includingWater featuresDeckingLow-voltage lightingDrainageMaintaining a clean workplace, taking care of equipment and vehicles, professionally representing the company brand.QUALIFICATIONSPrevious experience in landscape or similar industry preferred.Must be able to read and understand landscape and irrigation plans.The ability to accept actionable advice from leadership.Bilingual (Spanish/English) communication is a big plus.COMPENSATION / BENEFITS$16.25 per hour.Medical, Dental, Vision, Liability, and several more supplemental insurance options401K plan with partial match*Paid Vacation, Sick Leave, and Holidays*EXPERIENCE6 months landscape Industry or related field preferredEDUCATIONHigh School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)RCI is an Equal Employment Opportunity and E-Verify Employer.
