Program Coordinator

King County Department of Community and Human Services seeks a Veteran Reentry Program Coordinator to support veterans involved in the criminal legal system. You will provide outreach, reentry planning, and care coordination, linking clients to health, housing, benefits, and educational resources. You will collaborate with VA Puget Sound and other partners, gather program data, and help identify service gaps.
