Sales & Claims Coordinator
Job Overview We are seeking a proactive Bilingual Sales & Claims Coordinator (Roofing & Insurance Support) to support both lead generation and insurance claim coordination.This role combines outbound appointment setting and administrative claims follow-up, ensuring homeowners are qualified for inspections while ongoing insurance processes move forward efficiently and without delays.Client OverviewA growing U.S.-based roofing company focused on helping homeowners navigate roof replacement and insurance claim processes. The company emphasizes strong customer communication, efficient claims follow-up, and high-quality inspection services to maximize project success.Schedule:Mondays to Fridays, fixed schedule—can be defined together with the client (US Eastern Time, 40 hours per week)Key Responsibilities:Appointment Setting & Lead GenerationConduct outbound cold calls to homeowners to offer free roof inspectionsQualify leads based on roof condition, and eligibility criteriaSchedule appointments for roofing inspectors and sales teamsMaintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and follow-up actionsProvide excellent customer service and professional communication throughout the processClaims Administration & Insurance Follow-UpCommunicate with insurance companies to obtain updates on claim status and estimatesFollow up on supplements, Completion of Certificates (COC), and pending approvalsEnsure all required documentation has been received and processed correctlyMonitor payment status and released funds for completed projectsMaintain organized tracking of all claims-related communication and updatesRequirements:Proven experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or cold callingBased in South America with availability during EST business hoursStrong administrative and organizational skillsAbility to work efficiently in a high-volume call environmentClose attention to detail when tracking claims and documentationSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environmentHighly Regarded Skills & Experience:Experience working with U.S.-based insurance claims or roofing companiesFamiliarity with supplement follow-ups and claims processingExperience using CRM systems and lead tracking toolsPrevious remote work experienceAbility to manage both sales outreach and administrative workflows simultaneouslyIndependent Contractor Perks: Permanent work from homeImmediate hiringHealth insurance coverage for eligible locationsNote:Please click the Apply button to complete your application, including the assessment questions, technical check, and voice recording.
