In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers to understand product features, technical implementations, and ensure our digital platforms, websites, and products consistently meet high standards of quality and performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, developing, maintaining, and executing various types of test cases such as smoke, regression, functional, and performance tests, all aligned with business requirements and technical specifications. You will analyze software internals, debug issues, review logs, and develop automated testing solutions using appropriate scripting and automation tools. Additionally, you will be expected to introduce innovative testing practices, improve testing efficiency, and communicate testing metrics effectively to stakeholders. This role requires a deep understanding of the Software Test Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle, along with maintaining and enhancing automation frameworks and test data management. You will also support and mentor peers, fostering a collaborative environment.
