Location: Austin, TX, US 78728Senior Graphic Design SpecialistOverall Scope:Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS), a global leader in fueling and payment technologies, is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to elevate our brand and support marketing initiatives across North America.This role is ideal for a highly creative and strategic designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys translating complex product and marketing strategies into compelling visual experiences. Working closely with product marketing, revenue marketing, sales enablement, and external partners, the Senior Graphic Designer will develop high-impact creative assets that support go-to-market initiatives, strengthen brand consistency, and drive engagement across customer and partner touchpoints.ResponsibilitiesCreative Development & ExecutionSupport the creation of high-quality, visually compelling marketing assets across digital, print, and experiential channels.Design marketing materials including presentations, campaign assets, product collateral, social media graphics, and web visuals.Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging visual communications.Develop creative concepts that align with campaign objectives and support product positioning and messaging.Ensure all creative outputs meet high standards of quality, accuracy, and effectiveness.Brand Management & ConsistencyHelp strengthen and maintain a cohesive and differentiated DFS brand presence.Ensure all creative work aligns with DFS brand guidelines and visual standards.Contribute to the evolution and refinement of brand guidelines and design systems.Maintain consistency across all marketing assets, channels, and touchpoints.Provide guidance to internal teams and external partners on brand usage and design best practices.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to deliver impactful creative solutions.Collaborate with product marketing, digital marketing, and sales enablement to support go-to-market initiatives.Translate business objectives and marketing strategies into effective visual executions.Incorporate feedback from stakeholders while maintaining strong creative integrity.Support alignment across teams to ensure cohesive messaging and execution.Campaign & Sales Enablement SupportDevelop creative assets that support revenue-generating initiatives and sales effectiveness.Design sales enablement tools such as presentations, one-pagers, and customer-facing materials.Support integrated marketing campaigns with cohesive visual assets across channels.Create compelling visuals that help communicate value propositions and differentiate DFS solutions.Assist in optimizing creative for engagement and performance across digital channels.Events & Experiential DesignSupport the design of impactful event and trade show experiences.Design booth graphics, signage, and event collateral for trade shows and customer events.Ensure a consistent and engaging visual presence across all event-related materials.Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to execute event creative effectively.Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate is a creative and detail-oriented designer who enjoys building impactful visual experiences and collaborating across teams to bring marketing strategies to life.Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across digital, print, and campaign design.Ability to balance creativity with business objectives and brand consistency.Highly organized with strong time management and project prioritization skills.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Experience / QualificationsBachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or related field.5–8+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in B2B, technology, or industrial industries.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or similar tools preferred.Experience designing for both digital and physical environments (web - AEM, social, print, events).Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.Experience supporting marketing campaigns, product launches, or sales enablement initiatives.Ability to travel up to 10–15%.Work Arrangement: HybridBonus Eligible: This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.Benefits for this position include: a 401(k) savings plan with employer contributions; medical, dental and vision insurance; wellness programs; health savings account, health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts; company paid short-term disability and long-term disability; company paid employee basic life and AD&DD insurance; supplemental employee and dependent life insurance; optional accident, hospital indemnity and critical illness insurance; adoption, surrogacy, and fertility benefits and assistance; commuter benefits; parental, military, jury duty, and bereavement leaves of absence; paid time off, including business travel services; employee discounts; and an employee assistance program that includes company paid counseling sessions and legal services.
