We work hard, celebrate together, and strive to make a lasting, positive impact in everything we do.The OpportunityThe Senior Project Scheduler, TDIP - Aviation is responsible for representing the owner’s interests throughout the lifecycle of large-scale aviation infrastructure and capital improvement projects. This role involves overseeing project scheduling activities, coordinating with project stakeholders, monitoring project progress, evaluating schedule impacts, and supporting successful project delivery across multiple concurrent and interdependent projects. The Senior Project Scheduler works closely with program management, project management, construction management, and project controls teams to facilitate effective communication, collaboration, schedule reporting, and forensic schedule analysis.What You Will Do – Essential Responsibilities Review and analyze project schedule submittals from design and construction teamsPerform independent schedule analyses to ensure compliance with contractual scheduling requirementsEvaluate and review:Preliminary schedulesBaseline schedulesFour-week look-ahead schedulesMonthly schedule updatesRecovery schedulesTime impact analyses and time extension requestsAs-built schedulesCoordinate interface and sequencing activities across multiple interdependent projectsEnsure submitted schedules comply with established project coding structures and standardsPerform forensic schedule analyses related to delay claims, disruptions, acceleration, and recovery effortsAnalyze contractor delay claims and time impact analyses in accordance with industry standards and best practicesAssist with change order evaluations and claims management effortsPrepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials communicating schedule findings and project impactsIdentify project risks, schedule interdependencies, and potential mitigation strategiesCollaborate with stakeholders to resolve scheduling conflicts and support project delivery objectivesDevelop and implement scheduling KPI’s and reporting metricsSupport planning, design, procurement, and construction phases throughout the full project lifecyclePromote productive collaboration and communication among project stakeholdersSecondary ResponsibilitiesCompletes special projects on an as-needed basisMaintains professional development through continuing education, certifications, and industry involvementSupports continuous improvement initiatives and innovation efforts within the organizationOther duties as assignedQualifications And RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field requiredMinimum 10 years of scheduling experience supporting large-scale construction programsMinimum 5 years of experience reporting milestones, schedule interdependencies, and project controls metrics on active multi-project programsDirect forensic scheduling and claims analysis experience on large complex projects valued at $200M+ with durations exceeding three yearsExperience supporting multiple concurrent and interrelated projectsStrong understanding of construction sequencing, project delivery methodologies, and contract administrationExperience with Design-Bid-Build, CMAR, and Design-Build delivery methodsDemonstrated ability to communicate technical schedule information to both technical and non-technical audiencesStrong collaboration and stakeholder management skillsAviation or large transportation infrastructure project experience is highly preferredProven accuracy, reliability, and attention to detailAdvanced proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6 (Version 6 or higher required)Experience with scheduling and claims analysis tools such as Schedule Analyzer, Claims Digger, and Microsoft ProjectProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and BluebeamProfessional licensure and/or scheduling certifications are strongly preferredGafcon PM-CM LLC reserves the right to periodically redefine your roles and responsibilities based on the requirements of the organization and/or your performance.
