Scrum Master

Key Requirements:• 8+ years of Scrum Master / Agile delivery experience• Strong expertise in SAFe Agile, Scrum, Lean & Kanban frameworks• Experience facilitating PI Planning, ART Syncs, Sprint Planning & Retrospectives• Proven experience managing cross-team dependencies and delivery risks• Hands-on experience with Jira & Confluence dashboards/reporting• Strong stakeholder management and Agile coaching skills• Experience working with distributed/offshore teams• Fintech, payments, or enterprise platform experience preferred• SAFe / Scrum certifications highly preferred
