Physical Education Teacher

Description St. Francis de Sales Parish School is seeking a positive, energetic, and faith-filled part-time Physical Education Teacher to join our school community for the upcoming school year. The ideal candidate will foster a love for physical activity, promote healthy lifestyles, and support the spiritual, emotional, and physical development of students in a Christ-centered environment. This position works with students in grades 4K through 8th grade and collaborates closely with faculty, staff, and families to support the mission of Catholic education. ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging physical education lessons aligned with age-appropriate standardsPromote teamwork, sportsmanship, physical fitness, and healthy habitsMaintain a safe and structured learning environmentOrganize and supervise indoor and outdoor physical activitiesCommunicate effectively with parents and school staffCollaborate positively with faculty, staff, and familiesIntegrate Catholic values and character development into daily interactionsAssist with school wellness initiatives and special events as needed QualificationsBachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field preferred, or currently working toward obtaining a Bachelor's degreeWisconsin teaching license (or ability to obtain licensure) preferredExperience working with elementary and middle school studentsStrong classroom management and communication skillsCommitment to the mission and values of Catholic education For more information or questions about the position, please contact: St. Francis de Sales Parish School Attn: Principal David Wieters 130 W.
