This position may require up to one week (Monday night through Thursday night) of overnight travel every month within the region.As a Filter Tech you will enjoy the following:Monday- Friday workdayWeekly paycheckCompany take-home vehicleCompany phoneThe BFC benefits package includes:Health insuranceVision insuranceDental insurance401(k) with employer matching8 paid holidaysPaid time offMultiple opportunities for career advancementAs a BFC Solutions Technician, you will replace air filters and perform basic HVAC maintenance primarily in rooftop air ventilation and HVAC systems for retail and commercial customers.Job Requirements:Must be at least 21 years of age to operate the company vehicle.Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and have a good driving recordMust live within 40 miles of the designated region.Must be comfortable and confident working at heights up to 40 feet above ground level and using extension ladders.Must weigh less than 275 pounds to meet ladder safety and weight limit requirements.Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.Proven success working independently with remote supervision.Must be willing and able to work overtime and/or overnights as specified.Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 poundsOvernight travel may be required during peak times.Preferred work experience includes any of or a combination of the following:Facility and/or grounds maintenanceConstructionHVACCable installationRoute drivingRoofing
