Service Desk Associate
Location: Glendale, CAOnsite role: 5 days a week (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY PLEASE)Shift timing: 8 am - 5 pm PSTUpto 6-months contractRole Overview (Service Desk Associate/Tier I Support):We are looking for candidates who can handle high-volume support activities (basic operations, network, IT) in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Basic PC/laptop troubleshooting (Windows)Password resets, account unlocks (Active Directory)Microsoft 365 support (Outlook, Teams)User onboarding and access provisioningTicket handling and escalationRequired Experience:Entry-level IT candidates (1–3 year's experience)Recent grads (IT, MIS, Computer Science)Candidates with help desk internshipsStrong customer service backgrounds (call center, retail) with basic technical aptitudeStrong communication skillsReliability and ability to work onsite dailyComfortable in high-volume environmentsInterested candidates please share your resumes with availability to interview and start.
