Work environment and conditions may vary by client site.+ Participate in industry specific security/safety training programs**QUALIFICATIONS:**+ Possess effective written and oral communication skills and good interpersonal skills to deal with all levels of client personnel and the general public in a professional manner.+ Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative wireless technology for personnel management and fulfilling security duties.+ Possess the skills to handle crisis situations at client sites in a calm and efficient manner.**MINIMUM REQUIREMETNS:**+ Must be at least 21 years of age.+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.+ Possess a **current** Guard Card and Firearm Permit and any other licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations that may be required prior to employment.+ As a condition of employment, the candidate must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.+ Possess a valid driver's license, required for driving positions only.+ Must have at least 1 year of security experience within the past 3 years; or military and/or law enforcement experience.+ **As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
