This pivotal role involves leading the modernization of legacy simulation software used in fighter jet training systems, specifically focusing on the F-15 platform. The successful candidate will oversee the design, development, and integration of real-time simulation models, ensuring they meet current software standards and are capable of supporting NATO international partners. A strong background in real-time software architecture and design methodologies is required, complemented by at least three years of leadership experience managing technical teams or projects. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related fields is preferred, along with deep knowledge of aircraft systems, simulation requirements, and software validation processes.
