Growing together.Schedule: Monday to Friday, Between 8 AM-6 PM, 40 hours/wk (starting time flexible)Location: Onsite - 19500 W Interstate 10, San Antonio, TX 78257Primary Responsibilities:May handle any escalated calls from members and assist them with their inquiries. Routes calls to appropriate department if necessaryProvides support to internal staff, subcontractors and providers with respect to Medicare drug related issuesServe as a team lead for the Quality Pharmacy team and mentor new employees to the team as necessaryMay assist department trainer in putting together materials (job aids, screen shots, short video demonstrations, etc.) for reference within the Quality Pharmacy teamParticipates in and contributes to the overall pharmacy quality improvement initiativesCollects and maintains eligibility information in an appropriate and confidential mannerAssist with new hire trainingsActs as point of contact for process/workflow related questionsEnters all assigned applications within a specified time frame to ensure eligibility deadlines are met accordinglyExhibits excellent phone and communication skills while providing complete and accurate information to membersRequests additional or supplemental information via correspondence to complete applicationAdheres to assigned schedule and quality metricsUses a multi-lined telephonic system to answer calls regarding pharmacy related quality metricsPerforms all other related duties as assignedSupport the definition of processes and policies and communicate the context in which processes and policies are appliedProvide input on any process or documentation changesComplete any UAT testing on new applicationsResolve issues relevant to the process within their area of expertiseComplete Agent Call AuditsReview and update SOPsOther duties as assignedYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:High School Diploma/GEDNational Pharmacy Technician CertificationActive and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Texas5+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting1+ years of experience in your current roleIntermediate level of knowledge of Medicare Part D, particularly the pharmacy record review, claims, billing and reimbursement rulesIntermediate level of knowledge of HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules and CMS security requirementsIntermediate level of proficiency with general writing skills and ability to produce work free from typographical or spelling errorsIntermediate level of knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet and e-mailPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $20.38 to $36.44 per hour based on full-time employment.
