Overview In this role you will manage complex corporate and securities litigation from inception to resolution, partnering with experienced trial lawyers to shape strategy and advocate for clients. You will handle research, drafting, discovery, depositions, and courtroom efforts across high-stakes matters for public and private companies. You will mentor junior team members and contribute to client development and thought leadership. The position offers mentorship, clear growth paths, and a collaborative environment focused on long-term career development. You will work on sophisticated disputes across securities, governance, and M&A-related issues, making a meaningful impact for clients and the firm ResponsibilitiesManage complex commercial and corporate litigation from inception through resolutionConduct legal research and develop strategic recommendationsDraft motions, briefs, pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and settlement agreementsLead discovery phases including document review, productions, privilege analysis, and fact developmentPrepare for and participate in depositions, witness examinations, and expert discoveryRepresent clients in court, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution forumsAdvise on securities law, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and transactional disputesCollaborate with partners on litigation strategy, budgets, and client solutionsMentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of excellence and collaborationParticipate in client development initiatives and thought leadership Key requirementsJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolActive bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdictionApproximately 3-7 years of litigation experienceStrong experience drafting motions, briefs, pleadings, and other substantive documentsExcellent analytical, research, writing, and advocacy skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver client serviceSecurities litigation or regulatory matters (preferred)Shareholder, governance, or corporate disputes (preferred)M&A or transactional litigation (preferred)Depositions, hearings, arbitrations, or trial experience (preferred)collaborationmentorshipclient-service orientationstrong written and oral communicationanalytical and critical thinkingdrafting motions, briefs, pleadings; discovery management; depositions; witness examinations; settlement agreements; securities law knowledge; corporate governance
