Remote Support Specialist

We are seeking a Remote Support Specialist to provide customer assistance, reservation support, and service coordination within the travel services industry. In this role, you will help customers manage bookings, answer questions, and ensure a smooth experience from initial inquiry through travel completion. This position is fully remote and includes structured onboarding and ongoing training. Key Responsibilities Provide customer support via phone, email, and online communication platforms Assist customers with reservations, confirmations, and itinerary updates Respond to inquiries and resolve customer concerns professionally Research travel options and provide accurate service information Maintain organized customer and reservation records Ensure timely follow-up and excellent customer experience Support clients before, during, and after travel Qualifications Previous customer service, administrative, retail, hospitality, or support experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Comfortable learning new systems and digital tools Strong organizational and time management abilities Reliable internet connection and professional work setup Travel industry experience is a plus but not required. Training is provided.
