Warehouse Associate - Day Shift

Check out our website (www.truebrands.com) to learn more about our family of brands.We are seeking applicants for multiple warehouse positions on Day Shift, including:Picking & PackingOutbound shipping / order processingInventory RestockingQuality ControlResponsibilities may include, but not be limited to:Picks inventory for customer orders from shelves or assigned bin locationsPacks product into boxes in preparation for shipment according to established packing guidelinesHelps maintain clean aisles/bins/shelves that are free from clutter or debrisSorts boxes for shipment, according to destination or other classification, and places boxes on appropriate palletsUnloads material coming into the building by vendors, customers, or other warehouses promptly and accuratelyVerifies the quantity and description of materials received by checking merchandise against the packing listStocks incoming shipments onto shelvesPromotes and adheres to company safety work rules and regulationsCommunicate problems or changes in department to supervisor and appropriate personnelParticipates in continuous improvement processRequired Qualifications:Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to perform basic mathematical calculations in order to accurately complete tasksWorks well in a fast-paced environment; able to complete assigned tasks quickly and accuratelyAmbitious, team player with a positive attitudeAdaptableDependable in both attendance/punctuality and quality of workNot afraid to get hands dirtyMust be able to work these hours: Day Shift-Mon-Fri--8AM-4:30PM (OT as needed before and after shift)Desired Qualifications:Basic computer skills for packing and picking with Android DevicesExperience with inventory management and shipment systemsPhysical Requirements:Able to frequently lift/move up to 35 lbs and occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbsAble to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, climb, kneel, crawl, twist, balance, reach and use hands and fingers to perform repetitive tasks and/or assemble/disassemble equipmentCompensation & Benefits: $14-16 per hour40% employee discount on most itemsHealth, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance, 401k with employer matchLarge supplemental insurance offerings such as accidental policies and discounted pet insurance plansFSA General Purpose Healthcare and Dependent CareGrowth and development opportunitiesExcellent work/life balancePTO8 Paid Holidays per yearCompany eventsE-VerifyTrue Brands participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S. If E-Verify cannot confirm that you are authorized to work, this employer is required to give you written instructions and an opportunity to contact Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or Social Security Administration (SSA) so you can begin to resolve the issue before the employer can take any action against you, including terminating your employment.
