Motorcycle/ATV Sales Position

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Motorcycle/ATV Sales Person to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the face of our dealership, engaging with customers to showcase our extensive inventory of motorcycles and all-terrain vehicles (ATVs). Your enthusiasm for powersports, combined with excellent communication skills, will drive sales and create memorable customer experiences. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and supporting dealership growth through high-end sales techniques.Duties Engage with customers through outbound calls, in-person interactions, and digital channels to promote motorcycle and ATV models. Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and technical specifications clearly and confidently. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by prospecting new clients via B2B sales strategies and networking events. Negotiate deals effectively to meet customer needs while maximizing dealership profitability. Upsell accessories, extended warranties, and related products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue. Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer information, and follow up on sales opportunities efficiently. Support inventory management by coordinating with the dealership team to ensure accurate stock levels and timely product availability.Experience Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or automobile sales with a focus on powersports or similar high-end products. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals in a B2B or B2C environment. Familiarity with CRM software tools for managing sales pipelines and customer relationships. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages are a plus; bilingual abilities are highly valued. Knowledge of inventory control, retail math, and organizational skills necessary for managing multiple accounts effectively. Previous dealership experience in motorcycle or ATV sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for outdoor recreation is essential.
