Lead on-site technical assessments, installations, and maintenance for complex projects. You'll troubleshoot issues, address technical inquiries, and ensure seamless integration of our products into client operations. You'll assist in project planning, perform field tests, and provide training and support to clients and internal teams. Collaborating with the engineering team, you'll drive process improvements and innovations.Few examples of responsibilities:Execute installations and service calls ensuring system performance at clients sitesSupport operational training for customer operatorsCollaborate closely with clients to ensure the successful implementation of our products and servicesTroubleshoot technical issues and provide swift and effective resolutionsWork alongside the engineering team to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovationsProduce technical documentsIdeal Background:Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Robotic field. 1-2 years of experience in Field Engineering in manufacturing complex systems (Machinery, Automotive etc).Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical technical drawingsMS Office proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel)Nice to have: knowledge of Rhinoceros.Nice to have: Experience with industrial robots, CNC machines, AM / 3D printing, or other complex automated systemsExperience conducting technical training to clients or coaching operators and techniciansEnglish language proficiency (Level C1/C2)Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsOther requirements:Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time, with periods of 5–10 consecutive days on site when needed)A valid driver's license.What we offer:Competitive salaryOpportunity for career advancementFriendly, international and innovative work environmentContinuous learning and development opportunitiesCaracol is an equal opportunity employer.
