This role requires 10+ of experience in construction management on projects for construction, mechanical systems, interior renovations, upgrades or new fit-outs. This role requires various skills and experience as listed below.RequirementsQualifications and SkillsBachelor's degree in Building Construction, Architecture, Engineering, Planning or a closely related field10+ years of responsible experience as: an owner's representative, project facilitator, construction manager or design and construction contracting experienceExcellent communication skills, both written and oral, and has the ability to effectively facilitate meetingsExperience working in dynamic environments around guest or facility activityThis role requires 10 years of experience in construction management on projects for construction, mechanical systems, interior renovations, upgrades or new fit-outsKnowledge of eBuilder is preferredCandidates with occupied renovation experience are preferredResponsibilities And DutiesInspect and monitor on-site processes, procedures, and systems for compliance with construction drawings, security requirements, and code complianceLead construction management and owner's representative duties across multiple projectsProvide on-site construction management duties during mobilization, site preparation, construction, fit-out, commissioning and occupancy phasesProvide support in project planning, procurement, design, management direction, project completion, client satisfaction, and financial outcome of assigned construction projectsInterface with clients to define project requirementsReview schedule and align project work plan and deadlines with requirementsLead and manage the construction quality assurance processCoordinate and monitor the completion of activities in all phases of the project life cycleMonitor and oversee the project design or construction effort, to include but not limited to risk management, security and safety compliance, etcConduct comprehensive reviews of construction submittals and construction contract documentsProvide project administration and contract administration duties, including records management. Generate well organized professional deliverables, including daily field reports. Assist the Owner with acquisition planning, technical reviews, execution, and administration.
