Apprentice

Required Certifications & Licensing (Washington State):Current, active Washington State Electrical Trainee Card (01 or 02 track) or ability to obtain immediately Enrolled in or eligible for a Washington State approved electrical apprentice program Valid Washington State Driver's LicenseResponsibilities:Assist licensed journeyman electricians with residential and light commercial installations, service, troubleshooting, and repairs. Perform rough-in, trim-out, device installations, panel work, and material handling under supervisionPull wire, install raceway and support code-compliant installationsMaintain clean, safe, and professional job sitesFollow all safety procedures and company workmanship standardsQualifications:Basic knowledge of electrical tools, materials, and NEC Fundamentals Strong work ethic, reliability and willingness to learn Ability to take direction and work as part of a small professional crew.Physically able to perform construction work (ladders, lifting, standing, bending etc.)Benefits:Medical insurance coverage401(k) with company matchPaid vacation after qualifying periodPaid sick leave per WA State lawWork Schedule:Full-Time Monday - FridayOccasional Overtime as neededPay and Pay Progression: Apprentice wages are based on experience level and hours completed in the Washington State apprenticeship program. Performance, reliability and skill development are also considered, providing a clear, structured path for advancement from entry-level apprentice through journeyman licensure.
