Provide handson consultation to HR COEs and partners to support: o Issue identification, framing, and remediation planning o Application of updated rating methodologies and documentation expectations Assist in ensuring risk program activities are completed accurately, consistently, and on time. HR Risk Committee (HRRC) & Governance Support Provide execution support for the HR Risk Committee (HRRC), including: o Drafting and framing risk discussions and issue summaries o Supporting preparation of HRRC materials o Tracking followups and ensuring timely completion of action items Support defensibility and consistency of materials prepared under enhanced 2LOD expectations. Framework Interpretation Assist in interpretation and application of evolving enterprise risk frameworks, including true quarterend reporting expectations. CrossFunctional Engagement Partner with Compliance, ERM, Audit, and other risk stakeholders as needed to support execution continuity. Participate in workinglevel risk forums to support issue progression and alignment.
