Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, this role will lead a local accounting team while playing a critical role in building scalable systems and processes to support the company's continued expansion. The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise in revenue recognition (ASC 606), experience leading ERP/billing system conversions, and prior team leadership experience within a Software/Tech environment.Perks:High-growth organization with significant growth trajectoryHigh visibility and direct partnership with Senior LeadershipInnovation-driven cultureResponsibilities:Own the month-end close process end-to-end, driving accuracy, completeness, and ongoing efficiency improvementsPrepare and deliver financial reporting packages, including business unit P&L, management reporting, and budget-to-actual analysisEnsure GAAP compliance across all reporting, including multi-element revenue recognition across hardware, software, and services revenue streamsOversee accounts receivable, billing operations, and data integrity across financial systemsMonitor financial performance, proactively surfacing trends and risks to executive leadershipCo-lead a major billing systems migration, serving as Finance's technical owner throughout the transitionIdentify and resolve billing automation gaps, establishing clear Finance-owned policies and controlsBuild and maintain a centralized reporting framework covering recurring revenue, churn, and other key financial metricsServe as Finance's technical lead on core financial systems, including ERP ownership and related module implementationsPartner with internal AI and automation teams to streamline accounting processes and accelerate close cyclesLead, develop, and mentor a team of onshore and offshore accounting professionalsCoordinate the external audit process, ensuring audit readiness and timely delivery of supporting schedulesManage banking relationships and serve as a key point of contact for external financial partnersStrengthen internal controls and financial policies to keep pace with the company's rapid growthRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldStrong technical accounting background with hands-on ASC 606 revenue recognition experience is requiredPrior experience managing and developing an accounting team is requiredExperience in a Software/SaaS or technology environment is requiredExperience leading ERP system implementations is highly desiredCPA license highly desiredStrong knowledge of GAAP and major accounting software/ERP systemsEmail your word document resume to Hayley.h@conexusrecruiting.com and reference the subject as Corporate Controller
