Supply Chain Manager

Job Title: Supply Chain ManagerLocation: Woodstock, IL Salary: $85,000-$108,000LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join our client's organization in the Woodstock, IL area. Key Responsibilities:Lead and support day-to-day supply chain, logistics, and inventory management activities across the organization.Develop, maintain, and improve inventory management and demand planning processes to support business needs.Analyze inventory data and trends to support forecasting, planning, and service level objectives.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to streamline supply chain operations.Ensure accuracy and effectiveness of planning parameters within ERP and inventory systems.Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, efficiency, and waste minimization.Oversee inventory controls, cycle counts, and audits to maintain data integrity and accuracy.Monitor freight and logistics spend and support initiatives to improve transportation efficiency.Prepare and review reports related to inventory, sales activity, and operational performance.Support training, documentation, and adoption of best practices across supply chain functions.Key Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.Several years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, inventory, or operations roles.Prior experience leading or mentoring team members in a supervisory or managerial capacity.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with data and process documentation.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with ERP systems preferred.Understanding of demand planning, forecasting, and inventory control concepts.Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels of the organization.Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.Benefits:Medical, Dental and Vision2 Weeks PTO (negotiable) & Paid sick leave where applicable by state law401(k)HSA and FSALife and AD&DSTD and LTDNorton LifeLockEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.lhh.com/us/en/candidate-privacyThe Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:• The California Fair Chance Act• Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance• Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers• San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance
