We don’t just distribute products—we create solutions that strengthen client-customer relationships and build lasting success.FLSA Classification Non- ExemptReports toDirector, Customer SuccessEssential Job DutiesHandle and direct all inbound requestsAccurately input and process customer ordersVerify and validate order details, including product specifications and pricingMonitor, track and communicate order status throughout the fulfillment processAddress and resolve customer inquiries and concerns related to order processingCollaborate with order processing and fulfillment teams to resolve issuesMonitor, track and communicate order status throughout the fulfillment processInvestigate and resolve discrepancies in ordersCommunicate with customers to provide timely updates on issue resolutionDocument and report recurring issues for process improvementProvide excellent customer service throughout order lifecycle, including issue resolutionBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience in a customer service, order processing, or similar roleHands on experience Microsoft Office Suite required.
