Inside Sales Representative

Job Description Description: Air Specialty & Equipment is seeking a talented Inside Sales Representative to join the team at their Fort Worth branch. This position will be a dedicated resource to support the sales and operations of the branch.Key Responsibilities:Work hand & hand with Sales and TechniciansPrepare quotes for customersSecure orders by obtaining purchase ordersProcess credit applicationsMake outbound sales calls to current service contract customersMaintain all paperwork and ensure POs, orders, quotes, etc... are maintained to ensure prompt customer follow-up and compliance with company proceduresResponsible for phone sales of call-in and walk-in customers, including selling equipment and deferring leads to outside salespeople.Maintain accurate customer information in our systemMaintain accurate machine and parts informationProcess return of unused and/ or incorrect parts and update our system accordinglySeek to acquire new service business, maintenance contracts and parts/accessory salesCommunicate with the Technical Department to find solutions for repair, installation, or service issues on compressor, blower and/or vacuum pumpsRequirements: 1-2 years inside sales experienceStrong customer service skillsetValid driver's license with driving record in good standingHS Diploma or GED
