Job DescriptionPosition SummaryECS is seeking a Cloud Migration Engineer - Senior to support the Army National Guard (ARNG) ENOCS program. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in planning and executing the migration of enterprise applications and infrastructure to approved cloud environments. This position requires a deep understanding of cloud technologies and DoD compliance standards to ensure successful migration while maintaining operational continuity. The engineer will collaborate with various stakeholders to align cloud adoption initiatives with mission objectives, contributing to the broader enterprise program's success.Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute the migration of enterprise applications and infrastructure to cloud environments.Conduct comprehensive system assessments and dependency analyses to inform migration strategies.Lead re-platforming and refactoring efforts to optimize applications for cloud deployment.Coordinate secure data migration processes in compliance with DoD cloud security requirements.Validate system performance through rigorous migration testing and implement rollback procedures as needed.Ensure migrated environments adhere to RMF controls and enterprise configuration management standards.Collaborate with application developers, infrastructure engineers, and cybersecurity personnel to support secure cloud adoption.Provide technical guidance and support to program stakeholders during transition activities.Required SkillsRequired QualificationsClearance: Secret Eligible requiredS.
